I have, in the past, used paste car wax (Turtle Wax, to be specific) on shower tiles. That worked great, repelled water, etc. Since this shower doesn't get used much (it's more of the "guest bathroom") I'm not going to worry about it until the rest of the work in there is done (new sink put in, etc). Thanks for making me think about that though! It reminded me of something I will need to attend to in the future!Melindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00440179814104142739noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2382653067342630034.post-72228613181703723182009-11-15T07:18:44.854-07:002009-11-15T07:18:44.854-07:00Looks nice. Just curious... could be more obvious on dark tiles than busy or light colored tiles. is there such a treatment? some kind of silicone wash?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2382653067342630034.post-10441362052321855052009-11-13T11:13:15.960-07:002009-11-13T11:13:15.960-07:00Thanks ladies! I'm looking forward to the sink/vanity portion of this project. That will really do wonders for the room!Melindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00440179814104142739noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2382653067342630034.post-47717627517401260342009-11-13T10:18:51.211-07:002009-11-13T10:18:51.211-07:00wow! i love the dark blue backdrop to all the quir...wow! i love the dark blue backdrop to all the quirky accent tiles.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2382653067342630034.post-39278827025259564372009-11-13T08:49:27.469-07:002009-11-13T08:49:27.469-07:00First of all, it is unbelievably beautiful!
